Please read these terms of service carefully before using our site. All users who register and receive services from our site are deemed to have accepted the following terms in advance.
1. Service Description and Scope
Our site is an intermediary service providing temporary one-time virtual numbers for verification processes that users perform on third-party platforms. Our site is in no way the owner or direct operator of the numbers.
2. Ownership and Temporariness of Numbers
- Numbers allocated through our system do not carry permanent ownership rights. These numbers are temporarily assigned to the user only for the specified period or until a verification code is received.
- There is a possibility that the same numbers may be transferred back to pools or recycled by other providers or operators in the future.
- Users should not save permanent, critical, or unrecoverable data on these numbers.
3. Refund and SMS Policy
In activation processes, if a verification code does not arrive within the designated period after ordering a number, the transaction is automatically cancelled and the spent amount is refunded to your balance. However, under no circumstances can transaction cancellation or balance refund be requested once any SMS or confirmation code reaches the number.
4. Third-Party Blocks
In cases where third-party services you verify (e.g., WhatsApp or Telegram) block these numbers, suspend the account, or restrict access in line with their safety policies, our site has no possibility of intervention or warranty. Under such conditions, no balance refund or claims can be made.
5. Prohibited Use Cases
Use of virtual numbers in illegal activities, fraud, harassment, sending spam, or for purposes contrary to general morality is strictly prohibited. If such use is detected, the user's account will be permanently closed and, if necessary, information will be shared with judicial authorities.
